Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 nissan murano. While driving 10 mph, the accelerator pedal was depressed and the rpms increased; however, the vehicle failed to move. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer (girard nissan, 425 gold star hwy, groton, ct 06340). The failure was unable to be duplicated; however, the software module update was completed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified and did not assist. The failure mileage was 5,800. |
