Description of the problem | Tl- the contact owns a 2013 nissan pathfinder. The contact stated shortly after the vehicle was purchased it would hesitate and jerk while shifting gears. The problem persisted so the contact took the vehicle back to the dealer. The dealer stated they would need to test drive the vehicle in order to duplicate the failure before installing the new transmission. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure and as a result declined to repair the vehicle the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The vin was not available. The approximate failure was 1100 miles. Rk |
