Description of the problem | While driving at around 10 to 15mph while trying to stop at a red light the vehicle brake pedal got hard and would not stop. After applying really hard pressure on brake pedal abs started to work and my car stopped inches before striking another vehicle that was stopped at the light. Took car to dealer and they said they could not replicate the problem and that everything was fine. I escalated the issue to nissan usa and i am currently waiting to hear back from them. Car is currently still sitting at dealership as i feel unsafe in driving it. |
