Description of the problem	I have taken my pathfinder to the shop on several occasions to have the transmission fixed. It shutters at slow speeds. My husband was told that nissan's do that and nothing is wrong. We had the cvt sensor replaced and it stopped for a while. Well now it shutters at low speeds while turning a corner, in slow moving traffic, high speeds going down the interstate and sometimes when you press on the gas pedal after being stopped at a light it will act like the transmission is not engaging and then all of a sudden it will engage and make the car leap forward and it will shake. We purchased the vehicle from vic bailey ford in august 2015, was told that it still had the manufacturer warranty left on it and benson nissan in spartanburg would not honor the warranty because we didn't purchase the vehicle from them. This transmission problem has been an on going problem since we purchased the vehicle.
