Description of the problem | Sat idling 30 minutes put car in reverse no power. Put car in drive no power. Neutral stepped on gas engines revved. Towed to dealer dionastic bad transmission. Dealer notified nissan north america willing to split the%44 $4400 rebuild cost. Car has 93k garage kept dealer maintained. Apparently nissan settled a class action law suit to extend the drive train warranty to 90kmi. Very dissatisfied the ctv transmission was poorly engineered and designed. The rebuilt transmission come with a 1 year or 12kmi warranty. Never again. Stay away from missan they don't stand behind there product. |
