Description of the problem | The sun visor on the driver's side is defective, leading to impaired visibility during driving. The visor sometimes falls to a vertical position under gravity only. This obstructs forward vision and also obstructs line of sight to the rearview mirror. At other times, the visor partially sags, creating a condition where the front edge of the visor is in close proximity to the driver's face. It's foreseeable that a condition could occur where the visor could cause injury by contact with the driver's face during sudden deceleration. There are no positions that the visor can be put in that do not obstruct the driver's vision. |
