Description of the problem | Washing my car this past summer,the head lamp lense covers shattered. The lenses are still in tack . The light beams are distorted,the headlamps are not as bright. I took my car in for a oil change and the dealer handed me a service bulletin from nissan [refernce ntb17-045,classification el17-015]. I contacked nissan to no avail,the dealership offered to replace lenses at my expense. I dont feel this is right! Vehicle was not in motion. |
