Description of the problem | Nissan dealer told us this was not a common problem and they had not seen it before. (that was a lie) broken stud bolts where manifold connects to engine. 5 stud bolts replaced 10/01 for $600. Told it would happen again by independent mechanic. Inferior bolts used. Any other breakage would require removal of engine to reach the rest of bolts. $1000 for repair. Currently has broken bolts and we're not ready to make the repair again. |
