Description of the problem | Stationary, 1 year old in rear of vehicle and the door would not unlock. The button on the p/s & d/s unlocked every door except for the d/s rear door. We tried to use the keyless remote to unlock the door, that failed as well. We attempted to open manually from inside the rear and the lock would not give way. We could not safely remove our child from the backseat. The driver's side rear door is still locked and we cannot get in or out of that door. All other doors and locks function normally as they should. |
