Description of the problem | After driving vehicle for over an hr in warm to hot weather or when towing the vehicle suddenly losses ability to accelerate and seems to enter limp mode. Based on research many others also have same complaint and either require transmission replace or a larger transmission cooler. As vehicle is just over a month out of warranty even after experiencing similar problem in dec on trip(in warranty time period) nissan will not cover repair. This is a safety issue as you can not move at highway speeds on freeway max speed is 5-60 downhill 40s uphill. Nissan extended warranty on 2007-2010 and need to do the same here. |
