Description of the problemThe transmission or power train fails after driving the vehicle for a few hours and long distances. My nissan rogue fails to push at normal desire speed and this is extremely dangerous when crossing intersections on busy oncoming traffic. The vehicle becomes sluggish and it becomes a danger to myself and traffic. I have spoken to nissan about this problem but they do not want to help because my car has no more warranty and it has no check engine light on. I noticed problem since the first day i bought it and i told the dealership. The dealership took the vehicle to get it inspected but they said that their was not a problem. I took the car again and i spoke to nissan and they said that because my vehicle was 62,000 miles they could not do anything since the warranty is only good for 60,000 miles. The car seems normal but it gets very sluggish after driving it for a few hours and that is dangerous when you cross traffic.
