Description of the problem | I purchased my car brand new in march 2018. It has less than 7700 miles on it. On july 30, 2018, i was at a red light (completely stopped) on a dry city street, with my foot on the brake, when my car suddenly lunged forward into the vehicle in front of mine. Despite my foot remaining on the brake, the engine continued to rev until i took my foot off the brake and reapplied. I purchased the safety package for my car, and not only did the brakes fail, but the safety package, that is supposed to prevent a collision, also failed. |
