Description of the problem | Emergency braking activated on its own after i had the software upgrade at the dealership. The dealership said there was no way to go back in the history and find out why the emergency brakes activated. I was traveling at 45 mph on a sunny day with no cars around my vehicle and nothing in front of my vehicle. Dealership could not replicate the issues and told me that there was nothing else that could be done. They showed me how to turn the feature off. The is no switch so everytime i start the car i have to go through the menu, find the setting and toggle it off. |
