Description of the problem | I was just leaving my job, and driving down a local, double yellow-lined road, doing about 35-40 mph, when my 2018 nissan rogue's automatic breaking system suddenly, and aggressively engaged, causing the entire vehicle to shudder, and make a horrible noise, along with flashing orange, triangle warning light. The terrifying part about it, was that there was absolutely nothing in front of me, and thankfully no one behind me. I pulled over, and had a small nervous breakdown. This is an extreme safety issue! I don't want to think about what could have happened, had i been on the expressway or had my daughter in the car, and there was an accident! Nissan should absolutely recall the cars affected by this! Not just issue bulletins to dealership's. Unacceptable. I'm calling the dealership tomorrow, to find out what can be done. Now, i'm afraid to drive my car. |
