Description of the problem	Several ocasions my 2020 nissan rogue will unexpectedly break while driving. I took the vehicle to my local dealer for service. They told me they hooked it up to a diagnostic computer and no issues were found. I left in the car with no repair done. Over the next two weeks the vehicle had several unexpected breaking occurrences. I contacted the dealer and spoke to the service manager. He told me he needed the vehicle for two days and when could i bring it in. We agreed on a date and the vehicle was dropped off. During the time between contact and the appoitment i found nissan technical bulletin tsb ntb18-041c which is a tsb about false activation of the aeb system. I brought this to the service manager attention and he said he would look into it. I dropped the vehicle off and he had his master technician look at the vehicle. I was told that they drove the vehicle and found no issues. The diagnostic computer showed no error codes. When i asked about the tsb i was told that it did not apply to my vehicle. I was told to keep a log of when and where the false activation events happened and there was nothing else they could do. I have attached the tsb to this complaint. With no resolution to this safety issue from the dealer and nowhere else to turn for help i am now very hesitant to drive this vehicle due to the fact that the vehicle may stop at any time and could cause a crash.
