Description of the problem | "takata recall" truck stalls while driving. Was serviced at authorized dealership, they couldn't get it to stall, claimed it was pcm module, replaced, very costly. Stalling began again, returned to dealer, was charged for diagnostics and told nothing wrong. Truck continues to have major safety issues in stalling. One event with children going down a hill and lost all power to vehicle, could have been very serious. Research online finding out common issue in ignition switch/module. Concerned why dealership continues to overlook this? I am also seeking reimbursement for the unnecessary services and charges to this vehicle that has not been resolved. |
