Description of the problem | Engine stalls intermittently on initial start attempt and during low speed going through intersections & accelerating on interstate entrance ramps. Immediate loss of driving control with limited brakes and manual steering to avoid traffic. Placing vehicle in park and ignition key to off vehicle woud restart. Ram dealership recommended replacing win module and i have had no reoccurences since, (45 days). Their is no recall out for this make and model but it has been noted as a part failure on other chrysler vehicles. This is a real safety hazard as driving is difficult requiring above normal arm strength to get vehicle off the road. I have contacted chryler customer care and awaiting their response. |
