Description of the problem | On monday february 17, 2020 i was driving home from work and while at the stop light my truck just cut off. I was able to turn the key a few times and it started back up. I then stopped by whataburger that same night and it did it again. I took it to the dealer tuesday afternoon. Today we were told that it is the wireless ignition node (win) that is bad. I understand there to be an existing safety recall for this exact win module but it does not cover our 2012 dodge ram pickup. I am requesting that you add this vehicle to the safety recall and that it be covered by the dealership. Based on recall r03/nhtsa 14v-373 it is a known faulty module. |
