Description of the problem | Vehicle engine intermittently shuts down / powers off when slowing down. This has happened numerous times and the issue seems to be getting worse even after repairs. This is a major safety hazard and could cause serious injuries. 4/16/18 engine died 3 times on the way home from picking up my daughter from school, 5/1/18 driving on fm 2100 going approx 45 mph vihle comptely shut off at the intersection of fm 2100 & foley rd, was almost rear ended. 5/23/18 slowing down to turn on a 2 way street taking my daughter to school my engine shut off and i almost hit a vehicle head on with my kids in my truck. This tipm has been replaced, floor board gets extremely hot at times, fuel pump & external relay, issues with starting and dieing since approx. Nov 2017. |
