Description of the problem | I have had an engine light on for quit some time and i took it to the dealer, they said it was a fuel cap. After leaving there a few days later, same thing. But then i noticed fueling it up took 15 to 20 minutes. So i took it back i android them about the light and the fueling problem. After hours of searching i get a call saying that my filter laying in the frame of the truck was plugged. Which sucked my fuel tank down like a pancake. I also noticed that instead of the fuel cap breathing out itwassucking in, pulling all kinds of dust into the tank. I was never told about this filter when i purchased the vehicle brand new from the dealer. I have found no literature on this either. I bought the extended warranty on truck and it is not covered. What can i do? |
