Description of the problem | I was driving on a road near my home and noticed a strong smell of gasoline in the vehicle. I immediately drive back to my house. When i pulled into the driveway the smell got even stronger and white vapor could be seen coming from the hood area. When i exited the vehicle i could see gasoline running out from under the vehicle. Called the dealership monday morning and they said i could bring it in but they where too busy to look at it till the next day at the earliest. After 2 more days they had replaced the drivers side fuel supply line. Complained to chrysler due to this being a safety concern, (don't know how the truck did not catch fire) chrysler said they where sorry, but since in there opinion the issue was now repaired they where not interested in anything to further remedy my concerns. |
