Description of the problem | 2013 dodge ram 1500. Consumer writes in regards to transmission shifts hard, tire balance issues, clock, ignition malfunction and other mechanic problems. *smd the consumer stated the clock and ignition switch were repaired. The upper ball joints failed. The dealer offered to assist with repairs for the tires, but the consumer declined.
