Description of the problem | I have been to ram dealers in las vegas several times in the past 16 months to inquire about the shift interlock system recall and they always tell me that the part for replacement is not available at this time and they will call me when they get the part . 2. I haven't been called or mailed a link recall notice for the cruise control system recall. I have also had my truck in the shop for air bag sensors failure messages. Most recently february 2018 and the messages keep repeating. I have been told that they have replaced the seat sensors and wiring harnesses several times the last time they had my truck for 4 days without furnishing a loan or rental car. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and use a wheelchair this is my only vehicle with a wheelchair lift installed to load, unload and transport my wheelchair what are my options? |
