Description of the problem | I pulled out of parking lot into street. I felt like what was a flat tire. There was vibration and loud thumps. I immediately pulled over to check my tires. To my surprise i found my tires to be intact and looked under the truck and found the drive shaft had fallen. Good thing i was only doing about 10 mph and not 60-70 on the highway. I immediately contacted ram and they towed my vehicle to the nearest dealer. The dealer is not very informative as to what happened and chrysler group is not giving this incident the proper attention it deserves. I am sharing this to let other ram owners know that this is a serious matter and should be addressed. .. Updated 10/21/14 *bf updated 3/30/2015 *js |
