Description of the problem	I pulled up to a gate at a facility just off the highway in belton, texas and put my truck in park using the dial. I left the truck running and got out to open the gate. After exiting the vehicle it somehow began moving forward until it impacted the gate. I got back in the vehicle and the dial was still in park. It destroyed the gate and messed up the front end of my truck. I did not know this had been reported so much until i got online and researched it and now see that is it a problem with many other drivers experiencing the same issue.
