Description of the problem | This has happened on a multitude of occasions. While driving the vehicle, the check engine light, the traction control light will both come on. At the same time as the lights the messages show up and say to service shifter knob, then right after that the service trailer brake system message shows up and will be the only message found in the messages folder. The check engine light and the traction control light stay on. When trying to get the traction control light to go out by pressing the traction control button, nothing happens. This is telling me that i do not have any traction control. This will become a major issue when it snows. Each of these instances have happened while moving both on and off the highway and while at a stop. This has happened also while on the highway about seven months ago while on the highway in the snow. |
