Description of the problem	My truck was involved in a head on collision with a guard rail while travelling 55 mph on ky 210. None of the trucks airbags deployed. The right front tire including the rocker arm snapped off the vehicle. This caused the truck to slide across the road hitting the other guard rail. The truck then slid back across the road and was nearly tipping over when it struck the first guard rail. The truck came to rest on top of the guard rail before tipping over. I did receive injuries which may not have occurred if the air bags had deployed. The accident probably would not have been severe if the tire had not came off causing the truck to spin hit the guard rail on the other side of the road.
