Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 ram 1500. The contact took the vehicle to crown dodge chrysler jeep ram (located at 6300 king dr, ventura, ca 93003) to be repaired per an unknown recall regarding the tailgate, info timing system, gps, fuel tank, and the sending unit. After leaving the dealer and driving 65 mph, the contact heard a loud noise coming from the rear end. The contact coasted the vehicle to the side of the road and noticed that the air rod suspension did not have air. The vehicle was driven to the contact's residence. The contact stated that the vehicle bounced due to lack of air in the suspension.
