Description of the problem | The vehicle consisted of multiple times of t he vehicle not starting and having to be jumped for the vehicle to start. This vehicle has now been in the odaniel ford dealership in fort wayne, in for over 30 days with still no resolution - in since june 27th 2019 it is now august 1st and still no resolution has been determined on correcting this issue and have been given multiple rental cars along with being stuck paying for one of the rental vehicles as chrysler customer service has not returned our calls on case number 59164537 for the charge to my personal credit card. No contact either is being given from an additional case regarding the second ticket of the truck being in service this long with ticket 59395927. Both tickets were given to us from chrysler customer service. |
