Description of the problem | Unpredictable vibrations at various highway speeds. Sometimes annoying other times more severe. This condition also existed on my previous 2017 ram 1500 that i just traded in. This is the second ram 1500 that has had the exact same symptoms. I just bought this truck brand new 10/05/19. Dealers cannot solve, and fca customer care is useless. I suspect this is a know issue with ram. The standard canned answer is it is the tires. |
