Description of the problem | We received a recall notice for our 2010 dodge ram 2500 truck the end of december 2013. It stated the left tie rod ball stud may be faulty. We have been trying to have it replace as instructed since 1/6/14 with no luck. The dealers in wickenburg and avondale, arizona state the parts are not available. We have been waiting 8 months to have the problem addressed. If something happens due to the shortage of parts we will follow up with legal action as it looks like it will be our only choice as the manufactures is not making parts available in a timely manner.
