Description of the problem	In march 2014 we received a recall notice for our dodge ram 2500. We took the letter to our local dodge dealer, marshall motors, in salina, ks to verify that our vehicle needed the repair work indicated. The employee said it did and that she would keep our notification letter and a phone number and call us when the part came in to schedule an appointment. We've waited and waited and i called again on june 23, 2014 and was told that the part/parts needed were still on back order from chrysler and they would call us when they received them to schedule an appointment. I find this ridiculous as it has been 3 months since we received the first notice of recall. If there is indeed something that needs fixed on our vehicle we feel it needs to be taken care of for the safety of our family. What happens if this part does cause an accident while we're waiting for the back ordered part? Concerned and frustrated. Thank you.
