Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ram 2500. The contact stated that while at a stop sign and making a left turn, the vehicle rear end was shaking violently. The electronic stability control warning light illuminated. The contact loss control of the vehicle and crashed into another vehicle. A police report was filed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the electronic stability would cause the vehicle rear end to shake violently. As a result, the front track bar bracket needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 39,820. |
