Description of the problem | Engine had small ticking noise when purchased and after 14000 miles began to knock and now dealer is saying the engine is a total loss and no problem of theirs. Everything that i have looked up on this issue refers that the engine has wrist pin issues. My complaint reference number with ram customer care is 32326037. This is really a issue for me and my family knowing that we have been dedicated dodge ram consumers for over 30 years owning over 16 vehicles. I was told that they would not put $8000. 00 in a $14000. 00 pickup, i purchased the vehicle from a five star dealership for $24000. 00 one year ago and still owe $14000. 00 on the vehicle. So at this point the truck is a total loss for me and my family. |
