Description of the problem	After letting up on the accelerator for a moment, then attempting to accelerate, there is no throttle response for 1-2 seconds. In conditions such as changing lanes into faster traffic, or pulling out into traffic from a slow roll, the vehicle decelerates or fails to accelerate, causing a hazard to oncoming traffic. This issue is easily demonstrated while driving by momentarily removing your foot from the accelerator pedal, then immediately attempting rapid acceleration as if pulling into a faster moving lane of traffic. This "dead pedal" behavior has been well documented by numerous owners of late model ram 2500/3500 with cummins diesel engines.
