Description of the problem | There was no accident thankfully. I took my truck to a dealership because it was shifting hard. I took it in twice and both times the dealerships wouldn't even look at it. They pluged it in to their computers and told me it needed an update. Finally one day i raised cane about it and they kept it and found that the torque converter was bad. They replaced it and the pump in the transmission. That took two weeks. I drove it 5 days after that and the truck got stuck in first gear and then natural and would not move. I took it back and they replaced the pump again. They test drove it and it threw a bearing in the transmission. Now they have had it for a month and it is still not fixed and they refuse to put a new transmission in it. I only have 27000 mile on it now. It is a new 70,000$ truck with a half way rebuilt transmission. And i still do not have my truck. |
