Description of the problem | My 2014 ram 2500 shakes between 64mph and 76mph violently. Ram knows there is a problem but calls it a characteristic of a hd truck. I am in the tire business and have tried everything to rectify it. I know at least three chrysler service managers who are being told to act like its normal.
