Description of the problem | I have a 2014 ram 2500, the truck has a vibration between 68mph-80mph. The dealer said i had a bad universal joint in the driveshaft. Replaced driveshaft still vibrates, mother said it's tires. Replaced tires and wheels and it still vibrates. I took it in again and they couldn't find anything wrong. I asked the dealer to pull the rear differential cover to make sure everything was within specs and they refused to do it under warranty and wants to charge me. There are many others having this same problem, you can feel the vibration in the floor, you can see the passenger seat shake, and see bottle of water shake in the center console. I will be making another appointment for this issue. This issue occurs at highway speed. |
