Description of the problem | My truck is sending a message saying service electronic braking and service antilock braking system. I ha e contacted three dealers and all have told me the abs module and hydrology control unit will need to be replaced. The truck was purchased new in august of 2019 and has 46000 miles on it. All of the dealer have stated there is a national back order for the parts due to the volume of failures that keep happening. This also shuts off the vehicle traction control and stability control when this part fails. The warning came on the dash at start up and will flash on and off continually rather than stay on. The truck is currently at the dealer for further diagnostics and regular service at the time i am filing this. |
