Description of the problem | I received a "important safety recall" (drag link) notice (w49/nhtsa 20e-043) in the mail. I scheduled for repair 8/6/20. Per the dealership there are no recalls on this vehicle. Now i'm a little concerned about what to do. I have a 2018 ram 3500 that had this same recall and was repaired by welding a nut on the drag link. I'm notifying my insurance underwriter just in case an accident related to this occurs. What am i to do now ???, i'm not feeling very safe for me and my family at this point. Can i ask ram for a refund and to take this truck back or am i to be under the mental stress of when is this going to cause me to have a wreck and maybe loose members of my family and or my life and god forbid some other persons life. What am i to do ???. Help me please. Thank you |
