Description of the problem | While driving at highway speed a rod came through the engine block. I was fortunate i was able to coast to the shoulder of the highway before coming to a complete stop. I was towing a trailer. The engine gave no indication anything was wrong. The only notable thing was the lost of fuel mileage that begin to decrease earlier in the day.
