Description of the problem | Windshield spontaniously cracked from passenger b piller to center. Was getting ready to leave a motel in az on a cold, frosty rainey day. I had turned on defroster and heater. As we started to move the vehicle to the freeway , passenger and i both heard a pop and noticed a crack running from behind the passenger b piller to the center. No other vehicles were moving near my vehicle. Subaru has denied claim claiming windshield damaed by a rock. I have never notice a rock strike on the windshield. The vehicle was in motion but not in traffic- on access road. |
