Description of the problem | My husband and i were driving on the highway for approximately 20 minutes, when we started to hear a crackling sound. Soon after, we watched the windshield start to crack on the driver's side. The crack continued to spread, and by the time we returned home, the crack extended further. We were driving straight at 61 mph when the crack started, no turns or bumps in the road at the time the crack appeared. This happened on our 2020 outback touring with 2,300 miles, that we purchased october 2020. |
