Description of the problem | The only display in the car locked up, turned off, and turned back on approximately a minute later while i was backing up which caused loss of all readout including the back up camera, mph, access to many other vehicle features. I reported this to their service group with a date/time stamp for them to identify and repair the problem but was told that they would not look at this under warranty but they could provide an estimate to have the problem corrected at my expense. This is a safety issue and should be covered under the new car's warranty. The one and only display should never lock up while the vehicle is moving but if it does, service should take all reports of this occurring very seriously. |
