Description of the problem | The back up camera video feed has purple and green vertical lines that goes through it intermittently like there is a short. The issue was reported to service via email with a picture for them to be able to identify and repair the problem at a future service appointment. I was then told via txt that this was not a warranty issue and they could only provide an estimate to have the problem corrected at my expense. Having a faulty backup camera feed is definitely a safety concern when you are trying to use it to back up. They should take these reports seriously and not dismiss them. |
