Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2009 toyota camry. While driving at 60 mph, the vehicle lost power. The accelerator pedal was depressed, but the vehicle failed to accelerate. Upon further inspection, the contact noticed coolant leaking from the front of the vehicle. The vehicle had previously been inspected by an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the water pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired and was towed to the contact's residence where the water pump was replaced by an independent mechanic. Afterwards, the vehicle failed to start. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 94,500. |
