Description of the problem | I have a toyota camry (2009 around 84k miles on it) and yesterday i noticed, the abs light and brake lights came on and then the speed odometer stop working and did some research and noticed this is a common issue with this car. Found similar complaints on many sites ,there is a recall only for toyota camry hybrid models(https://www. Consumerreports. Org/cro/news/2014/07/why-toyota-should-recall-the-camry-hybrid/index. Htm) not for other models and this repair cost would go upto 2700 $ which is 10% of the car cost . Till now people used to think toyota is a reliable car but certainly this is not with these types of approach. |
