Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owned a 2009 toyota camry. While driving approximately 40 mph, the rpms decreased and white smoke emerged from the exhaust, which turned to black smoke. The contact heard a loud bang and the vehicle stalled. The contact coasted the vehicle to a parking lot. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was determined that the engine was blown and needed replacement. The vehicle was towed to toyota of sarasota in sarasota, florida, but they refused to diagnose the vehicle per manufacturer's orders.
