Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2009 toyota camnry se. The contact stated that while driving, he noticed that there was a strong sulfur odor coming in the vehicle through the ventilation system. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times who stated they would reboot the computer but were unable to duplicate the failure. The dealer also suggested that in order to minimize the odor he should drive with the recirculator on. The manufacturer was contacted who sent a technician to inspect the vehicle who stated the vehicle was operating as designed. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 10,000 and the current mileage was 19,195. |
