Description of the problem | bought an 2009 toyota camry in april, 2009. The engine would run rough and the it felt like the transmission would jerk and did downshift at random. I bought it in for service several times and was told that because my wife and i both drive the car the computer on board was adjusting back and forth to our driving habits. I didn't think it was a safety problem until the recall was announced. Now i look back on my complaints and feel their is something wrong with the electronic or software associated with controlling engine or transmission performance. I have related this to venice camry in venice florida who have told me their is nothing wrong with my car. |
